Refund Policy

Paid resource packs are digital downloads. Until checkout is enabled and live products exist, no charges are collected through this site.

When paid products launch, refunds will follow these principles:

• Requests must be submitted from the purchasing account with the order ID.
• Refunds may be granted for undelivered files, corrupt archives we cannot replace, or material misrepresentation of compatibility — subject to review.
• Completed downloads of working files are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in account download revocation.

This policy will be updated with contact channels and timelines before the first live charge.
